Bendita Tú is an International Film Festival based in Argentina and Spain dedicated to the exhibition of short films made by women, trans, and non-binary people.
The festival is a space for the dissemination of experimental, essay, and non-fiction audiovisual works, with a formally and conceptually committed approach, addressing gender perspectives and identity diversity. We select films that explore non-hegemonic, situated, and embodied approaches, creating connections between people from different countries through an intersectional feminism.
The goal is to showcase emerging audiovisual pieces and debut works that, due to limited exhibition and distribution opportunities, remain invisible. At the same time, we promote dialogues between these works and the creations of established directors, focusing on intergenerational relationships and the importance of genealogies in the film world.
