‘Liverpool: Beyond The Beatles’ (2015) is the third in a trilogy of self-funded, non-profit music documentaries which explore the independent music scenes which, by the first quarter of the 21st century, helped to characterise three culturally vibrant cities. The first is Reykjavík in ‘Iceland: Beyond Sigur Rós’ (2010), and the second is ‘Manchester: Beyond Oasis’ (2012). These two documentaries are also available via the Radical Film Network.
