Reel News

About the film

Protests are building over the Bayou Bridge pipeline, a new pipeline in Louisiana to connect to the Dakota access pipeline – cause of the Standing Rock protests. It’ll be used to carry fracked crude oil for export, by a company notorious for oil spills. It threatens the drinking water source of 300,000 people, will permanently destroy 940 acres of wetlands, and will only create 12 permanent jobs.
